C.J. Quiñones, P.S.C. is a Professional Services Corporation founded in September 2009 under the Puerto Rico State Department of Law established in San Juan, P.R.  Our office is structured for the design, development andcoordination of Professional Construction Documents for any project.

C.J. Quiñones, P.S.C. was founded by Eng. Carlos J. Quiñones to continue his professional career.  We have been working with different kinds of projects and programs of diverse scale and complexity, for example: Hospitals, Residential projects, Parking, Housing projects, Office Buildings, Sports Facilities, roads, bridges, Health Center, Shopping Center and Institutional programs.  With a vast number of satisfied customers in both public and private sector, we are looking forward to expand our knowledge in different backgrounds that can become new challenges and goals.  We are proud of the constant priority and excellence to achieve optimum quality in the least amount of time and striving to stay inside the budget of  the projects.

Quiñones, P.S.C. offers different services like; Existing Condition Plans, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Management and Supervisions.  Our office is equipped with the latest in computer technology  and software for excellent drawing techniques and structural design.  The engineering software, we are currently using are AutoCAD, RCBE, ETAB, SAFE, SAP, ADAPT, PCA Programs, RAM, Suretrack, Enercalc and many others.
